Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- corn flakes - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium to large onion - 1 item
- Velveeta - 1/2 lb
- slice bread - 1 item
- medium to large green pepper - 1 item
- potatoes with jackets - 10 item
How to make cottage potatoes:
Dice and boil potatoes until fork-tender (do not overcook). Cut bread into cubes and chop green pepper and onion. Combine all in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Melt together Velveeta and butter. Pour on top, then top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
