How to make beef and tortellini soup:

In a five quart Dutch oven, over high heat, cook beef, stirring frequently until well browned (about 10 minutes). Spoon off fat. Add tomatoes with puree (undiluted). French onion soup, frozen green beans, tortellini, basil and 3 1/2 cups water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini. Cook uncovered 10 minutes or until zucchini and tortellini are tender. Makes about 11 cups.
