Beef and corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- stalks celery, sliced - 4 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 lb
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 1/2
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- crushed corn chips - 2 3
How to make beef and corn casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef, then add the celery and chopped onions. Cook until soft. Reduce heat and stir in 1 can of tomato soup, cream-style corn, drained kidney beans and seasonings. Place in large casserole and bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Top with 2 to 3 cups of crushed corn chips.
