Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • stalks celery, sliced - 4 item
  • onions, chopped - 2 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 lb
  • can kidney beans, drained - 1 1/2
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • crushed corn chips - 2 3

How to make beef and corn casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef, then add the celery and chopped onions. Cook until soft. Reduce heat and stir in 1 can of tomato soup, cream-style corn, drained kidney beans and seasonings. Place in large casserole and bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Top with 2 to 3 cups of crushed corn chips. Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes, until toasted.
