  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • slices toasted bread - 10 item
  • roasted chicken and broth - 1 item

How to make scalloped chicken:

Crumble bread; add eggs and chicken, removing all bones. Mix well. Add 3 cups of broth to this. Saute oleo, onion and celery; add to the mixture. Butter the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan. Put ingredients in and pour a can of cream of mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350° for about an hour.
