- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- slices toasted bread - 10 item
- roasted chicken and broth - 1 item
How to make scalloped chicken:
Crumble bread; add eggs and chicken, removing all bones. Mix well. Add 3 cups of broth to this. Saute oleo, onion and celery; add to the mixture. Butter the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan. Put ingredients in and pour a can of cream of mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350° for about an hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Turkey.
