Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- spaghetti - 6 oz
- spaghetti sauce - 8 oz
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
How to make spaghetti pie:
Cook spaghetti (cool under cold water) and combine with beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese. Put in pie pan or shallow baking dish. Top with sour cream. Brown and drain hamburger and mix with spaghetti sauce. Pour over sour cream. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
