Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • water - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • can pork and beans - 1 oz
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
  • large onion, sliced - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • can kidney beans, drained - 1 oz
  • dashes Tabasco sauce - 4 item
  • country-style ribs - 4 5
  • bacon, cut in small pieces - 3/4 lb
  • can butter limas, drained - 1 oz

How to make barbecued ribs:

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain off excess fat. Put beef in crock-pot. Brown bacon and onion; drain off fat. Add bacon, onion and remaining ingredients to crock-pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
