Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil
- ripe tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
- scallions, chopped - 16 item
- red peppers, chopped - 4 item
- dried cumin - 2 tsp
- cans Goya black beans, rinsed - 8 item
- frozen yellow corn, thawed - 8 c
How to make bean and corn salsa:
Dressing:1 1/2 c. olive oil1/2 c. red wine vinegar2 tsp. dried cumin salt and pepper to taste Mix salsa ingredients together well. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Salsas.
