  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • chili sauce - 3/4 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 tsp
  • few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce - 1 item

How to make cocktail sauce:

In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, onion and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Cover and chill for several hours. Serve with fish or seafood. Makes about 1 cup.
