Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1/2 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- stalks celery - 2 item
- parsley - 1/4 c
- bell pepper - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- large onion - 1 item
- can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- whole tomatoes - 3 c
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Cook ground beef. Blend together in blender all the remaining ingredients. (It may take 2 blenders full.) Mix blended mixture with ground beef and pour into saucepan or slow cooker. For best results, cook 6 or 7 hours, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
