Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- salt optional - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- sliced stuffed olives - 1/3 c
- chopped red or green chili pepper - 1 tsp
- flounder fillets or other mild fish
How to make baked fish:
Preheat oven to 375°. In medium skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Mix in cornstarch. Add tomatoes and their juice; mix until well blended. Cook over medium-high heat until sauce thickens. Stir in olives and chili pepper. SpRecipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
