  • hot water - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • soft bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • onion - 2 Tbsp
  • celery - 1 c
  • any baking fish - 3/4 lb

How to make baked fish:

Stuffing:2 c. soft bread crumbs1 c. celery2 Tbsp. onion1 Tbsp. parsley Clean, scale and bone fish. Rub inside with salt. Stuff fish with prepared stuffing. Add 1/2 cup water. Rub with soft butter and lemon. Bake 20 minutes per pound at 375&d
