Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- hot water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- onion - 2 Tbsp
- celery - 1 c
- any baking fish - 3/4 lb
How to make baked fish:
Stuffing:2 c. soft bread crumbs1 c. celery2 Tbsp. onion1 Tbsp. parsley Clean, scale and bone fish. Rub inside with salt. Stuff fish with prepared stuffing. Add 1/2 cup water. Rub with soft butter and lemon. Bake 20 minutes per pound at 375&dRecipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
