Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- sprinkle of parsley - 1 item
- fish fillet - 8 oz
How to make baked fish:
Grease baking pan with oil. Place fish in a single layer in pan. Combine remaining ingredients except parsley and pour over fish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with the parsley.
