Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of black pepper - 1 item
  • sprinkle of parsley - 1 item
  • fish fillet - 8 oz

How to make baked fish:

Grease baking pan with oil. Place fish in a single layer in pan. Combine remaining ingredients except parsley and pour over fish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with the parsley. Serves 2 with 187 calories, 4 g carbohydrate, 8.3 g fat, 224 mg sodium and 42 mg cholesterol each serving.
