Ingredients/Components
- small fish fillets - 6 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- dried tarragon leaves - 1/8 tsp
How to make baked parmesan fish:
Roll up fillets and place, seam side down, in ungreased baking dish. Mix sour cream, paprika, tarragon leaves, salt and pepper. Spread over fish. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with onions.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
