  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • onion - 1 item
  • Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
  • beef roast - 3 lb
  • celery, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make beef barbecue:

Cook roast, onion, oil, celery, salt and pepper in pressure cooker until very well done. Break apart with a fork. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir until well mixed. Serve on buns.
