Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Ranch dressing - 1/3 c
- can tuna, drained - 1 oz
- finely chopped green pepper optional - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs - 3/4 c
How to make tuna cakes:
Combine all ingredients, except 3/4 crumbs. Form 6 patties, coating with 3/4 crumbs. Spray Pam on cookie sheet and place patties on sheet. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, or heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry in pan. Flip and add another 1 tablespoon oil.Recipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
