  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • chopped red pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • sweet milk - 1 c
  • self-rising corn meal - 1 c
  • canned whole kernel corn - 1 c

How to make mexican corn bread:

Mix well and pour into large iron skillet which has been heated and well-greased. Bake at 375° until done. Serve while hot.
