Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- cans asparagus - 2 oz
- can English sweet peas - 1 oz
- boiled egg, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 2
- cracker crumb topping - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Spray casserole with Pam. Layer vegetables, chopped egg, half of mushroom soup and half of the grated cheese and repeat for second layer. Top with crumbled saltines and dot with butter. Sprinkle parsley and/or chives on top if desired. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
