Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- diced pimiento - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- can green peas - 1 item
- can asparagus tips - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Mix lightly peas, grated cheese, diced hard-boiled eggs, cream of mushroom soup, cracker crumbs and nuts. Place about half in greased casserole. Put layer of asparagus tips. Put rest of mixture over asparagus, then top with remaining asparagus, grated cheese and pimiento for color. Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
