Asparagus bake

Ingredients/Components

• mayonnaise - 1/3 c
• diced green onions - 1/4 c
• egg white, beaten stiff - 1 item
• shredded mild Cheddar - 1/3 c
• chopped red pepper optional - 1/4 c

How to make asparagus bake:

Drain asparagus and place in shallow 1-quart baking dish. Combine mayonnaise with red pepper, cheese and onions. Fold in egg white. Spread over asparagus. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Microwave: Cook on High 4 minutes.
