Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • celery - 1 c
  • whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped - 3 item
  • can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
  • or more
  • cans asparagus - 2 item
  • grated cheese sharp or Cheddar - 1 c

How to make chicken and asparagus casserole:

Drain asparagus. Place on bottom of baking dish. Mix chicken, celery, water chestnuts and chicken soup. Top with Pepperidge Farm mixed with cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
