- to 7 tart apples - 6 item
- sugar - 3/4 1
- flour or tapioca - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- pastry for 2 pie shells
How to make apple pie:
Pare apples and slice thin. Combine sugar, flour (or tapioca) and cinnamon; mix with apples. Line pie pan with shell and fill with apples. Top with crust. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350° for one hour or until apples are done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
