Ingredients/Components
- large or 3 medium eggs - 2 item
- canned pumpkin - 2 c
- nonfat dry milk powder - 1 c
- brown sugar - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- molasses - 2 Tbsp
- whole wheat flour or white flour - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
How to make self-crust pumpkin pie:
Mix all ingredients, except water, then stir in water gradually until well mixed. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Makes 8 servings. Contains 150 calories per serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Healthy.
