Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
How to make pecan tarts:
Filling:3/4 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. melted butter1 egg, slightly beaten1 tsp. vanilla Cut margarine into flour. Add water and knead into a smooth ball of dough. Pinch off pieces of dough and press into the sides and bottom of each mini tart pan to form shells. Put a few chopped pecans in bottom of each shell.Mix filling ingredients together. Fill each tart with filling. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 350°.
