  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • biscuit mix - 1 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • shredded cheese Swiss or Parmesan - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini souffle:

Mix all together. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
