Zucchini appetizers

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• Bisquick - 1 c
• grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
• dash of pepper - 1 item
• oregano - 1/2 Tbsp
• seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
• thinly sliced zucchini - 2 c
• eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
• clove garlic, chopped - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread into pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown, 25 to 35 minutes. Cut in 2 x 1-inch pieces. Serve warm or cold.
