Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • garlic clove, finely chopped - 1 item
  • small thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini - 4 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 1 x 2-inch pieces. Makes about 4 dozen servings.
