- eggs - 5 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- grated cheese
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Garlic powder - 1 item
- zucchini, cubed - 3 c
- Bisquick or pancake mix - 1 c
How to make zucchini souffle:
Beat eggs, add Bisquick, cheese, oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Add zucchini. Bake 325° for 30-40 mins. in greased 8 inch square pan.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Cheese.
