Ingredients/Components
- small onion - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- yellow or yellow and green summer squash - 1 item
- any cream soup - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook sliced squash until tender; drain well. Saute onions. Layer in casserole squash and onions. Add a few tablespoons of any cream soup (undiluted) and buttered bread crumbs. End with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
