Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • shredded unpeeled zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini pie:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in pie shell. Dot with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
