- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 tsp
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- onion powder to taste - 1 item
- Brie cheese - 1 (6
- box crackers - 1 item
- frozen Pepperidge Farm puff pasty sheets 2 sheets needed, top and bottom - 1 pkg
How to make baked brie:
Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder and onion powder. Follow thawing directions on pastry box. Place 1 pastry sheet on a cookie sheet or baking stone. Spread with the creamed mixture. Be sure to leave room at the edges for sealing. Top with slices of Brie. Put the second pastry sheet on top and seal edges with a fork.
