Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 3 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- sliced mushrooms optional - 4 oz
- slices white bread crust removed - 9 item
- crumbled bacon or diced ham - 1 lb
How to make brunch eggs:
Grease 9 x 13-inch (preferably Corning Ware) pan. Layer bread slices (packed tightly together), Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, meat, mushrooms (optional) and Cheddar cheese.Beat eggs, milk, salt (optional) and mustard together. Pour over all. Prepare the night before and refrigerate. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
