- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- eggs, separated - 6 item
- soda - 1/4 tsp
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Cream the butter and sugar together. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Mix in sour cream and dry ingredients, alternating. Beat egg whites; fold into batter. Stir in vanilla. Bake in greased tube pan at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
