  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of oregano - 1 item
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • zucchini, thinly sliced - 3 c
  • chopped onion to taste - 1 item

How to make zucchini pie:

Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
