  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 4 c
  • oregano to taste - 1 item
  • garlic to taste - 1 item
  • basil to taste - 1 item
  • Egg Beaters - 3 eggs
  • medium grated onion - 1 item
  • light salad oil - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini pie:

In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Pour into 8-inch deep greased pie pan. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Toothpick should come out clean. Enjoy.
