Zippy zucchini skillet
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can chopped green chiles - 1 oz
- medium zucchini, thinly sliced - 4 item
- seeded, chopped jalapeno peppers optional - 2 tsp
How to make zippy zucchini skillet:
Heat oil in a large skillet; saute zucchini and onion 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Stir in cheese.
