Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- Bisquick mix - 1/3 c
How to make zucchini rounds:
Stir together Bisquick mix, cheese and pepper. Stir in beaten eggs just until moistened. Fold in zucchini. Melt butter in skillet. Using 2 tablespoons mixture for each round, cook until brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
