Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- saltine crackers - 1 item
- to 8 squash - 6 item
How to make yellow squash patties:
Cook squash and onion until tender; drain thoroughly. Add margarine and egg. Mash with potato masher until well mixed. Add cheese and enough cracker crumbs to hold mixture together.
