Ingredients/Components
- heavy cream - 1 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- small yellow squash - 6 item
How to make yellow squash:
Cook squash, onion and celery in salted water until tender. Drain and add beaten egg, cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and cover with grated cheese. Bake slowly for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Squash, Vegetables.
