Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- medium squash - 6 item
How to make yellow squash:
Slice and cook squash until tender. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste. Then beat eggs and milk. Combine all together. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350° to 400° oven until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Low protein, Squash, Vegetables.
