Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1/4 c
- saltine crackers - 2/3 c
- oysters - 1/2 pt
- corn Niblets - 1/2 c
How to make oyster casserole:
Mix together crackers, milk and eggs in bowl. Set aside for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into greased 3-cup casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
