Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- stick butter - 1/3 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
- 1/2 rolls Town House crackers, made into crumbs - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Steam squash, onion, salt and pepper in bacon drippings. Mix all the other ingredients with the squash; put into casserole dish and spread grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
