White fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- white corn syrup - 1/3 c
How to make white fudge:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to boil; stir only until sugar is dissolved. Boil to soft ball; remove and let stand (don't stir). Add vanilla and beat until it loses its gloss (approximately 8 minutes). Pour into a greased pan to cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
