butter - 1 c
sugar - 1 c
brown sugar - 1 c
egg - 1 item
oil - 1 c
rolled oats regular - 1 c
crushed corn flakes - 1 c
shredded coconut - 1/2 c
walnuts, chopped - 1/2 c
sifted all-purpose flour
baking soda - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make world's best cookies:

Preheat oven to 325°. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg. Mix well. Add oats, corn flakes, coconut and nuts. Stir well. Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Form into balls the size of a small walnut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in water. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet before removing. Makes about 8 dozen.
