Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- crushed pineapple, well drained - 2 c
- graham crackers, crushed - 2 c
- or 4 bananas - 3 item
- Dream Whip, beaten - 2 pkg
- frozen strawberries, well drained - 2 3
How to make banana split cake:
Mix and press the crackers and butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together next 4 ingredients; beat 15 minutes until fluffy. Spread over graham cracker mixture. Slice 3 or 4 bananas lengthwise. Place over mixture; add 2 cups crushed pineapple (well drained). Add frozen strawberries. Add Dream Whip. Top with chopped pecans.
