Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • crushed pineapple, well drained - 2 c
  • graham crackers, crushed - 2 c
  • or 4 bananas - 3 item
  • Dream Whip, beaten - 2 pkg
  • frozen strawberries, well drained - 2 3

How to make banana split cake:

Mix and press the crackers and butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together next 4 ingredients; beat 15 minutes until fluffy. Spread over graham cracker mixture. Slice 3 or 4 bananas lengthwise. Place over mixture; add 2 cups crushed pineapple (well drained). Add frozen strawberries. Add Dream Whip. Top with chopped pecans. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
