Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- pumpkin - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1/4 tsp
- pie spice - 1/3 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
How to make pumpkin fudge:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat until the mixture passes the fudge test. This test involves dropping a small amount into cold water and if it forms a ball, the test is passed. Then add the vanilla and beat with mixer until smooth.
