Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream
- egg - 1 item
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- white chocolate, melted - 1/2 lb
- Parkay margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- crushed creme-filled cookies chocolate or white
How to make white chocolate cheesecake:
Filling:3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla3 eggs1/2 lb. white chocolate, melted Topping:3/4 c. sour cream1 egg3 Tbsp. sugar For best results all cheesecakes should be baked in water bath to prevent drying out. Add 10 to 15 minutes to required baking time. Test as for pumpkin pie by inserting a knife in the center. (Put water in pan to touch rack, no higher.
