Pumpkin cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• pkg - 1 oz
• ginger - 1/2 tsp
• egg yolk - 1 item
• can pumpkin - 1 oz
• 9-inch graham cracker crust

How to make pumpkin cheesecake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat yolk; brush over crust. Bake 5 minutes. Beat cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add pumpkin and spices. Pour in crust; bake until set 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
