- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
How to make pumpkin cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat yolk; brush over crust. Bake 5 minutes. Beat cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add pumpkin and spices. Pour in crust; bake until set 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Serve plain or with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Eggs/dairy.
