Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- Imperial margarine - 1/2 lb
How to make blueberry cheesecake:
Mix margarine and flour in 13 x 9-inch pan. Pat mixture down evenly. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Top with can of blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Blueberries.
