Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- flour - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- mini chocolate chips - 1 c
- Oreo cookies
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Break cookies into small pieces. Mix with melted butter; pat firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add milk. Beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In a small bowl, toss together 1 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat. Stir 1/2 the chips into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill and remove the sides of pan.
