Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- soft butter - 1/4 c
- fine graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- softened cream cheese 8 oz - 1 pkg
- or one 4 1/2 oz - 2 c
- cherry pie filling or blueberries - 3/4 c
How to make cherry cheesecake pie:
Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter. Mix well. Press into bottom and sides of 8-inch pie pan. Chill 1 hour.Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until creamy; blend in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Spread pie filling around edge. Chill at least 3 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
